Bio prac was bad, it was really really bad! I hope they moderate the marks! Had no time to do my graph didn't complete one qn which means 7marks gone!!!! I was really nervous my hands were shaking and my carelessness caused me a test tube! I feel really guilty because i was holding the test tube and it slipped. I'm thankful that the prac was what we've mainly been studying so it was not so bad. At least now i know that i have to do my work faster for O level. So whatever mistakes i've made I must be careful not to make them again! Just came back from eating supper, roti prata! *grinz* My fav. is plain and i love the curry! My sis was teaching me Hip Hop (I easily lose my focus which results in me forgetting stepts and if the beat is too fast, i sometimes lose the momentum), it's fun though, gives you a good work out. If i wasn't going to Japan at the end of the yr i was planning on taking Hip Hop and singing classes as well as learning piano again and not to forget aikido. It seems thou that i might have to choose b/w these four because i know that next yr i'm going to be real busy. I'm looking forward to prom night thou, it sounds really exciting, especially with a theme! :) |

I've forgotten what it was like to be anxious, busy, stressed and having lack of sleep. Well now i guess i'm experiencing it all. :( Prelims has just started and tmr is my first exam...bio prac. Anything can come out and i've realised that it's really no use wondering, just let the new day bring in its surprises. It's been a few wks since the Jap girls left and i'm finding the house rather quiet without them...oh, but i might be going to Japan at the end of the yr for a month (exchange trip/programme). I think it's going to be quite exciting, coz we'll be travelling round Japan but i'm afraid that i don't really know how to speak the language, only commonly used words. :$ I might not have time to log in during this period of time due to exam, it is very straining on a person, especially when it's time we're racing against. So only after exams will i relax but not by much because after that the Os will be here. I'm just glad that i don't have to retake Chinese. I did badly but i'm ok with what i got. Figured that if i retake chinese it'd be a waste of time and my grades would probably only improve by one so it's no point. I'd rather spend my time and concentration for other subs. I think it's better that way anyway. Well have to log off now, back to studying it is! :- |

Yesterday was bad, very exhausting. Took them to school so had to wake up the usual time which is at 6.15pm and then after school celebration brought them to Marina. I think i spent a lot of money on bus rides and train rides since we got a bit lost. The place was really huge!!! We got off at the first place which was not to be coz the place wasn't really ready. Suffice to say that we got lost a few times. There were different Carparks, but I was loyal ;) so i decided to go see my bro first. There were really lots of people and lots of exhibition, but....hm...i guess i prefer my bro's tent the best *grinz* not because i was bias but because they had lots of unique equipments. I carried two guns, cant remember the names but it was really heavy but-but it was tolerable :D Learned to fire a missile....well sort of but it was a simulation thing, within the weapon...ok i'm not making sense. There was another place which i liked and it was archery, we stumbled upon it by accident, cause we were actually wandering around aimlessly. I took archery lessons before but that was quite a few years back so i wasn't sure if i could still remember. I nearly had bulls-eye! I probably would have if i did it a bit longer. :P For the two japanese girls, it was their first time, but they were good too. -_- I wonder what it'll be like to join the army, but i'll probably have to cut hair like boys hairstyle in army....that was what my bro said but i'm not too sure. It'd be fun to handle weapons, go on 'rescue missions' but obviously there are some non- desirable things we have to do too! like clean toilets, keep boots clean, clean the weapons and definitely cannot lose a piece of the weapon!!!! There was really a lot of things to see and lots of rides too but didn't have the time to do so, had to go home and rest because at night we were going night safari, it is highly recommended!! Even though I've been to the night safari a few times, i'm still not bored of it, but what i really want to see is the zoo because my sis said that it was renovated and is much nicer now. So that probably shows how long i've not been there. Anway, back to the night safari ;-o the night show was really fun, different kinds of animals performing, like the ottos and we saw racoons, loveable creatures. Then the tram ride etc....after it all, it rendered me hungry *grinz* don't take it that i wanted to eat the creatures *yuck*! I prefer to see them from where i was standing... a safe distance away. It was all the walking that did me in. Thank the Father *thank you, Father* that today is a holiday or i'd be sleeping in class. It's national day!!! My relatives will be coming over at night to watch the celebration on the tv. Later in the afternoon, my sister's salsa friends will be coming over, to obviously dance salsa...um not taste. So i have to be off studying at about now. :D Friends in High Places I was in need I needed a friend I was alone I needed a hand I was going But someone rescued me My God cares too much to say His mercies are new everyday I get down to pray And then help is on it's way I walk by faith And not by sight If things go wrong It'll be alright 'Cause someone greater is watching over me My God cares too much to say His mercies are new everyday I get down to pray And then help is on it's way Now in faith I believe That I've got everything I need I walk by faith and not by what I see I've got friends in high places I've got someone I can call I've got someone watching over me |

Today a lot of unbelievable events occurred!!! Of all days and time to happen, it happened today ;) Today i couldn't go to church because i had a very bad tummy ache. Last time when i have tummy aches it wasn't as bad as this like it'd go away after 1 hr or so but today it was bad! Really bad! I could barely stand the pain, usually it was tolerable bad today...i don't know what happened it was probably the food that i ate but last night a whole gang of us ate the same food. *contemplative look* Had to go toilet a couple of times before it got better, than after that it got even better! I had gastric. So it was going from one extreme to another. Before dinner i had one glass of milk, a small packet of cereal, a bowl of fried rice and a banana then during dinner i had a bowl of porridge and another bowl of fried rice including soup and yet that was not enough! Became hungry again *sigh* i'm starting to think that something's wrong with my stomache. I'm not the one who usually has stomache upset, it'd be my sis! Well, now i know how she feels. Anyway, that is not the end of the day...yet. Came home from supper, on the aircon and made another trip to the toilet, that was when the unexpected thing happened, the whole house had a 'trip' in the electricity. It was not so bad but being stuck in the toilet with no electricity...if i were in a foreign place and this happened i'd probably be scared to death, coz the house was pitched black but at least i was at home. There was a horrible smell, like gasoline burning and it was really strong. The main wire melted and so we had to use candles since there wasn't enough torchlights. It was really hot! Started sweating in 5 minutes, but my sis and i decided to camp outside at the porch, coz it was much cooler, which did a bit of good for us....but....not enough...*grinz* So yeah, managed to have the wire switched and now everything's working just fine ;) but it was a great experience, i think my sis is still at the porch waiting for me cause I agreed to sleep out there with her. So yup, gtg now. Tata, tmr i've got a long day ahead, bringing the japanese girls to night safari after taking them to marina carnival. My bro said that he heard it was really gd...the carnival i mean...lets hope that the weather would be on our side tmr!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D To The Ends of the Earth Love unfailing Overtaking my heart You take me in Finding peace again Fear is lost In all You are And I would give the world to tell Your story Cause I know that You've called me I've lost myself for good within Your promise I won't hide it I won't hide it Jesus, I believe in You And I would go to the ends of the earth To the ends of the earth For You alone are the Son of God And all the world will see That You are God You are God |

Tonight the weather was really good. It wasn't very humid and quite windy so the night air smelt abit fresh. The fireworks were really beautiful, haven't seen one quite sometime. There was a rehearsal going on and my parents' cell group were eating at Fullerton Hotel, so the scenery was nice only that it was a bit noisy because of the rehearsal. My dad was actually supposed to go but he came down with fever so i had to be his replacement ;D not that i'm complaining coz the food was really good and i got to see my good friend there!! Her german friend will be coming tmr morning so she won't be going church. :( Monday my two japanese friends and i will be going to the marina carnival, my poor brother who has to be there the whole day got me a brochure and it looks quite exciting. He just came back and was dead tired and this would be going on for abt 9days...well at least he's only got to suffer for 9days it isn't so bad compared to having to study for 3 mnths before the o level!!! Now i'm not sure if i want to go Japan at the end of the yr for one mnth. Firstly it's coz of prom night, secondly i'd rather spend that time with my family and friends or go on a mission trip and i want to run in the Standard Chartered Marathon....i don't know, i think i'll decide a bit later see how things go first. :) My friends and I are already planning to go London 2012 for the Olympics haha. My first stop will be to go watch the badminton game :D Peter Gade, Taufik, Chen Hong, Zhang Ning, Ronald Susilo etc... all the gd players!!! :):):):):):) I'll be 19 then so it should be ok, haha, hope my parents deem me old enough to go with my friends. *grinz* One Way I lay my life down at Your feet You're the only one I need I turn to You and You are always there In troubled times its You I seek I put You first thats all I need I humble all I am, All to You One way Jesus You're the only one that I could live for One way Jesus You're the only one that I could live for You are always, always there Every how and everywhere Your grace abounds so deeply within me You will never ever change Yesterday today the same Forever till forever meets no end One way Jesus You're the only one that I could live for One way Jesus You're the only one that I could live for You are the way the truth and the life We live by faith and not be sight...for You We're living all for You |

A lot of things have been happening and i've hardly the time to write it down! Two japanese girls are currently staying in my house and they've been teaching my sis and i how to speak japanese. At first the pronunciation is a bit hard but once u get the hang of it u know how to say it easily, except that i sometimes forget the english word. *grinz* They love watermelon juice! I guess it's probably because watermelon is quite expensive over there. I'm just really glad that we're able to communicate, coz i only know a few basic words in Japanese and i thought that we'd probably have to resort to using hand signals but thank goodness it's not that bad!! :D The first day they arrived my mum and i brought them to eat local food and they really liked it, especially the chicken rice!! I haven't really had time to go out with them because of school, but my mum and sis have been taking them out. If i remember correctly they went to eat at the market, then my sis brought them to go shopping. There was one day where they were supposed to go Bird Park but it was raining quite heavily so that trip was cancelled. A pity though, coz Bird Park is quite nice. Next wk, they'll be coming to my school to see our National Day Celebration. It's going to be a wk where students can slack ;) coz Monday, half-day, Tuesday and Wednesday are public and school holidays but the day after that is a dreaded day. English O Level Orals. Haven't had time to practice. Today my English teacher wrote some words on the board that are easily mispronounced. Like 'luminescent', 'luminescences', 'figuratively',' fraternity', 'fragmentation' etc... she said everyday read the dictionary, hmm...i wonder if i could finish reading the dictionary before the English orals arrive, but i sincerely doubt it. Monday, after celebration will probably be taking them to go see the carnival at Marina. My bro will be there! *evil grinz* Singapore has only celebrated Independence for a short period of time compared to other countries, yet it seemed so far away during WWII and the separation with Malaysia. My grandparents would always tell me stories during the period of WWII. The experience is quite scary, but i believe that when people keep reflecting upon it, they'd realise that they're fortunate for the security which Singapore has and I am proud to say that I am a Singaporean. :D:D:D:D It's my homeland. For All You've Done My Saviour, Redeemer Lifted me from the miry clay Almighty Forever, I will never be the same Cause You came here From the everlasting To the world we live in The Father's only Son And You lived And You died And You rose again on high You opened the way for the world to live again Hallelujah, for all You've done |
